When accessing one of the 2PC Seller Programs, you will have the opportunity to sell your home and pay as little as 2% real estate commission when you procure the buyer yourself and still receive the benefits of your Realtor’s efforts from managing leads through to contractual and closing services. From a Realtor’s perspective, there are good buyers and “bad” buyers. Good buyers have an idea of what they want, and are serious, ready, willing, and able to make a purchase when they find the right home. Bad buyers have no clue what they can afford, what they want, or even (gasp!) where they want to buy. We want to incentivize people to be better buyers. Do your own research, figure out what you want and what you need, look at homes online, get pre-approved for a mortgage so you know your limits.
