We connect home sellers and buyers to licensed real estate agents participating in our money-saving 2 Percent Commission concept. We provide sellers the opportunity to pay as little as 2% in total commission as they leverage a full-service real estate agent and their own efforts in the process of selling a home. Similarly, we provide buyers the opportunity to pay as little as 2% commission to their buyer agent through our graduated buyer rebates program.
When accessing one of the 2PC Seller Programs, you will have the opportunity to sell your home and pay as little as 2% real estate commission when you procure the buyer yourself and still receive the benefits of your Realtor’s efforts from managing leads through to contractual and closing services. We view the growth of Flat Fee MLS, For Sale By Owner (FSBO) support, and especially the supposed Discount Commission/Full Service (DC/FS) programs as a testament to the abilities of homeowners and homebuyers to be instrumental in the success of getting to closing.
